Dr. Edwards' ambition is to change people's lives with the word of God and to help others do the same. Known for his passion for preaching, he has over 25 years of pastoral experience, both as a senior pastor and church planter. Dr. Edwards currently serves as Professor of Preaching and Leadership and Director of Ministry Program at the Talbot School of Theology of BIOLA University.

Dr. Edwards also serves as the Executive Secretary of the Association of Doctor of Ministry Education (ADME) and Editor of "The Journal of Ministry." He is the author of the award-winning book Effective First-Person Biblical Preaching (Zondervan, 2005) and Deep Preaching. (Broadman and Holman Publishers)
