Enrollment Process

If you are interested in enrolling your child at The Woodland Hills Church Child Care Center please call our office at 818-883-0433 or e-mail the office to arrange a time for a tour of our school site and a time to meet our dedicated staff. While we try to accommodate all requests for tours, most take place in the morning and last about 30 minutes.

As a year-round school, we have an open enrollment policy, accepting enrollments throughout the year. After touring our facility, if there are spaces available, you may register on the spot and begin the registration process. If there are no spaces available, you may elect to place your name on our waiting list to ensure enrollment at a later date.

Our initial registration fee is $125. By submitting your initial registration fee, you will guarantee your child's spot until all of the necessary paperwork is completed, turned in and processed by the school. Your child's registration packet will include basic information for you and your child as well as detailing all of our policies and procedures. The registration packet also contains a physician's evaluation and immunization form that needs to be completed by your child's doctor. Because it may take time for you to schedule an appointment with your pediatrician, we would encourage you to make sure that your child's immunizations are up to date. By planning ahead, we can ensure there will be no delays in the registration process for your child.

Upon the completion and acceptance of your child's registration packet, and after the first and last month's tuition has been paid; your child may begin their exciting adventure at the Woodland Hills Church Child Care Center.
